I’m a big devotee of my esthetician Nadia Thibault. After the many facials I have the luxury of trying out, she’s the one I go back to every time.

For a quick skin softening in between my facials, I go to Exhale spa in Santa Monica for their new 30-minute Smart Peel. The all-natural (no chemicals whatsoever) peel doesn’t cause any burning or redness.

It’s perfect when I don’t have much time. And I leave there with smooth, glowing skin (and a hint of the yummy pumpkin scent it leaves behind).
